The Acorn Announces 2026 Summer Concert Series in Littleton, NC

The Acorn is proud to announce the return of its popular Summer Concert Series for 2026, featuring four FREE Thursday evening performances at The Ed Fitts Outdoor Amphitheater in Littleton, NC. Running from June 11 through July 2, this year's lineup promises to deliver memorable entertainment for the entire family — and culminates in a once-in-a-generation celebration of America's 250th Anniversary.

We are honored to have the Halifax Convention and Visitors Bureau and ECU Health North Hospital as presenting sponsors this year, and in partnership with Maverick Radio 102.3 WPTM, Magic 97.9, 107.7 The Lake Radio, Rebecca Blythe Realtor, and Overby Marine

"Every summer, we look forward to opening these gates and watching our community come together on the lawn," said Elizabeth Branham, General Manager of The Acorn. "This year's lineup has something for everyone, and we couldn't be more excited to close out the series with Freedom Fest — a truly special evening as our nation marks 250 years. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, it's an honor to bring these free shows to Littleton and the surrounding region."

The 2026 Summer Concert Series will feature:

  • June 11: Chairmen of the Board (Beach/Soul)

  • June 18: Chocolate Chip & Company (Party Band)

  • June 25: The Entertainers (Beach Band)

  • July 2: Freedom Fest — Honoring the Soundtrack of America, Past to Present (America's 250th Anniversary Celebration)
